1:30-2:30 p.m. – Meetings
2:30-4:00 p.m. – Practice with helmets at Memorial Field
4:15 p.m.- Hotel Check-in
6:00 p.m. Both Teams Back to Hotel to Change
6:30 -8:30 p.m. – Family Dinner and Players Recognition (provided to players; parents welcome to purchase tickets prior). Meal by HyVee Catering | 7:00 a.m. – Wake up
7:00-8:00 a.m.- Breakfast
9:00 a.m.- Hotel Check-out and transport to high schools
9:30 a.m. – Transport to Memorial Field
9:45 a.m. – Arrive at Memorial Field
10:00 a.m. – Warmups
10:30 a.m.- Introductions and pre-game ceremonies
11:00 a.m. Kickoff
Post Game- Return to High Schools after game
